Back in 2015, at a TED Talk, Bill Gates spoke about a virus outbreak just like the COVID-19 outbreak that we are now experiencing.
He said in his Talk : “You can have a virus where people feel well enough while they’re infectious that they get on a plane or they go to a market”.
He recommended putting systems in place to become prepared for such an epidemic.
